Flexible Ceramic Heater

Ceramic Heater is also known as Flexible Ceramic Heater. It is made of nickel-chrome alloy wire cable, coated with pure alumina ceramic insulating part. There are Crawler Ceramic Heater, Rope-type Heater, Adsorption Heater, Split Heater, and Reactor Heating Jacket. Ceramic Heater can be customized according to the sharp and size of workpiece, and can be spliced, bended, wound to heat the workpiece closely. The surface temperature can reach 1050℃. It is suitable for preheating welding and relieving stress after welding of metal components, such as large tower, high pressure vessel, bridge, high pressure pipe. It can also be used for auxiliary heating of chemical pipelines and containers, and there is no limitation for indoor and outdoor.
