CWK Series Touch Intelligent Heat Treatment Machine

There are many temperature control instruments in the heat treatment machine, which makes the operation of the instrument very inconvenient. The CWK Series Touch Intelligent Heat Treatment Machine can solve this problem. It is equipped with a touch screen that can be used to input the heating curve and control the start and stop of the device. All parameters are displayed on the touch screen, which not only can make the operation easier, but also can make the meter run synchronously. Its strong electricity part can be divided into two methods, one is the use of bi-directional triode thyristor, the model is CWK. It can adjust the voltage output to 0-220V through phase-shifted control module, in order to meet the use of heater with different voltage. The other is to use a high-power transformer, the model is CWK. It can reduce the voltage to the safe voltage output of 80V, 60V and so on, to meet the use of heater with different voltage, generally 60V. Its characteristics are not electric shock and more safe to use. This machine can be matched with various heaters for pre-heating and post-welding heat treatment. The numbers of temperature control record can be produced according to customer's requirements. This product is available in portable and cabinet type. The incoming voltage is 380v/415v/440v/480v three-phase 50Hz/60Hz AC.

 

In fact, CWK Series and ZWK Series heat treatment machine is the same, except the interface. CWK Series can operate on the touch screen, the instrument is hidden in the machine, The ZWK Series operates on instruments.
